1. Do I need SkyBest Internet Guardian on each of my PCs if I have a network?
Yes, you do need to install SkyBest Internet Guardian on each of your PCs to provide protection to every computer in your network. SkyBest Internet Guardian is not recommended for commercially networked computers.
2. How long will it take to download?
With SkyBest High-Speed Internet, it may take up to 10 minutes to save and complete the installation of the software onto your computer.
3. Does it matter what Operating System I have?
Yes, please see minimum system requirements above. SkyBest Internet Guardian is currently not compatible with Mac computers.
4. Where can I locate my Product Registration Serial Number?
Please contact your local SkyLine/SkyBest office to obtain the product registration key. One key is needed per computer.
5. What if I don't understand how to configure my SkyBest Internet Guardian after it is downloaded?
Standard configuration settings will be automatically established when the product is installed. These settings are appropriate for most installations but you should verify the configuration to determine if the settings are correct for your use. The product is very intuitive, so most people can simply navigate through the software and select the configuration options that are appropriate for them. SkyBest Internet Guardian includes a user friendly Help Feature to assist you with the installation. And, of course, you can also call our Technical Support Staff for further assistance, if needed.
6. Can my friends also get SkyBest Internet Guardian?
Yes, if they also have Internet service from SkyLine/SkyBest, they can be protected for only 99¢ per month. If your friends have Internet service from another provider, they only need to purchase a SkyBest.com e-mail account for $5.95 per month to be eligible for SkyBest Internet Guardian for an additional 99¢ per month.
