Our restoration and reconstruction continued over the weekend with our collective crews making good progress. We can now report that 97% of our core network is operational. This is up considerably from the height of storm damage.
Approximately 70% of you, our customers and members, have now regained access to phone and internet services. We are thankful for each and every service that comes back online.
As reconstruction efforts continue in dozens of places across our service area, we are experiencing an increase in fiber cuts. If your service was restored after the storm but you experience a service issue in the coming days, it could be secondary damage to a line feeding your area. We appreciate your continued patience as we work through these challenges.
