Weekender Internet

***Weekend Unlimited long distance is available to Residential customers only. Unlimited plan usage includes calls to within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Unlimited long distance is for typical domestic residential voice use only and may not be used for data purposes. Calls that are not consistent with typical residential voice use include but are not limited to: use for general business purposes, commercial facsimile, auto-dialing, resale, call centers, telemarketing, dial-up Internet and other modem-based dialing. Customer lines associated with educational institutions, (colleges, universities, etc.) are not eligible for this plan. SkyLine/SkyBest reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, bill usage charges, offer the customer an alternative plan or cancel unlimited long-distance service without prior notice. Multi-party conference calls, calls to 900 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, operator services, international calling and toll free calling and such calls are subject to additional charges. SkyBest TV NFL Redzone

*RedZone is available to Plus and Premier package subscribers only. Customers must subscribe to HD Access to receive RedZone HD. Listed rates are for small business and residential only. Hospitality rates will vary.

SkyBest TV Whole Home DVR

*Whole-Home DVR service fee does not include cost of DVR Storage. DVR Storage is required to control whole-home functionality.

Calling Features - CallTree

*Some restrictions may apply. Messages can be no longer than 2.5 minutes. Customer must choose a SkyBest Long-Distance Plan or block all toll. SkyLine/SkyBest is not liable for messages sent in either content or timing. Service is not to be used as a Reverse 911 notification tool. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Visit fcc.gov for more information on the TCPA.

Additional Services - Home Maintenance Plans

*Some restrictions apply. Residential only. Customers without a maintenance plan will be charged $95 per hour and material costs on service calls for interior wiring and equipment issues. SkyBest Security equipment, advanced wired/wireless routers and SkyBest TV set-top boxes are not covered by these maintenance plans.

Refer-A-Friend

*Security and Medical Alert are available in N.C. only. SkyBest TV not available in all areas. By virtue of participating in the SkyLine/SkyBest Refer-A-Friend program, you agree to the rules and restrictions. At any time and without notice, SkyLine/SkyBest reserves the right to modify these rules, to suspend participation from any customer whose actions are deemed to be abusive, to change the offer or to cancel this program completely. Other restrictions may apply.

Hosted Voice Emergency Services

911 Dialing for Non-Availability of Traditional 911 or E911 Dialing Service. Customer acknowledges that equipment and services do not support 911 emergency dialing or other emergency functions in the same way that traditional wireline 911 services work. Additionally, cusotmer shall ensure that they notify all of their potential users, who may place calls using customer's services, of the 911 limitations described in the terms and conditions. Prior to the initiation of service, customer will provide its users with warning labels regarding the limitations or unavailability of 911 emergency dialing.
