A scheduled recording didn't record on Business DVR

This help topic only applies to customers on the Minerva Platform.

This could be the result of a conflict in your DVR Schedule. Business TV customers can schedule three programs to record simultaneously on each DVR, however the DVR set-top box will need to be tuned to one of the programs. If not, one of the shows will not record. If you are not watching TV during pre-scheduled recordings, your DVR set-top box is programmed to automatically tune to one of the scheduled programs to ensure that both programs are recorded.

Business TV customers can prioritize scheduled series recordings in the event of a conflict where you have more than three series scheduled to record simultaneously.

Please note that the some older set-top boxes do not allow customers to manually schedule more than two (2) non-series recordings to record at the same time. If you experience this limitation, please call 1-877-475-9546. Our Repair Services at team will determine if your box can be upgraded remotely or needs to be replaced.
