Please do not give out any usernames or passwords as we would never ask for this information. Call us at 1-800-759-2226 anytime you are suspicious of an email coming from SkyLine/SkyBest.

 

How to record a future show or series of a show

This help topic only applies to customers on the Minerva Platform.

You are on the Minerva Platform if your guide looks like this:

Minerva Platform Guide

  1. Press the GUIDE button on your remote and scroll to the show you would like to record.

  2. Press the OK button on your remote and a list of choices will appear.

    1. To record the selected episode, press the OK button on your remote while on “record program”
      — OR —

    2. To record the series of episodes, press the OK button on your remote while on “record series.”
