SkyLine/SkyBest Grill Giveaway 2022 Official Contest Rules

Eligibility: Any legal U.S. resident of SkyLine/SkyBest territories, at least 18 years of age at time of entry with a valid email address and/or phone number can register and submit an entry into the Contest. SkyLine/SkyBest employees and those living with SkyLine/SkyBest employees are not eligible to play or win. Valid eligible entries must meet the following criteria
a) Be 18 or older at the time the competition starts.
b) Be a current SkyLine/SkyBest customer – the winner’s name must be on the SkyLine/SkyBest account.
c) Must not have won a prize from SkyLine/SkyBest in the past 30 days. 

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by SkyLine/SkyBest by July 6, 2022.  Potential prize winner will be notified through social media direct message or phone call. Potential winner should pick up their prize by July 22, 2022.  If the prize is not picked up by July 22, 2022, an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting any prize, winner grants SkyLine/SkyBest the right to use his/her entry, name, photo, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for advertising/promotional purposes.

SkyLine/SkyBest reserves the right to cancel or modify Contest and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Contest, as determined by SkyLine/SkyBest in its sole discretion. Participant hereby releases and forever discharges SkyLine/SkyBest, their Contest partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees, officers and agents from any injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest, use of the Site, or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

IN NO EVENT WILL SKYLINE/SKYBEST AND/OR THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE CONTEST, PRIZES, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE AND/OR THE CHALLENGE.
