Call Forwarding/Busy No Answer for Business Transfer Incoming Calls Automatically When Lines are Busy

Call Forwarding Busy/No Answer allows you to transfer your incoming business calls automatically to any other telephone number when your office line is busy, or there's no answer. If you forward your calls to an out of area telephone number where a long-distance charge applies, you will be billed the charges. These two features can be used separately or together.
How to Active
- Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Press *90. On a rotary phone, dial 1190. Again, listen for the dial tone.
- Dial the number where you wish your calls forwarded.
How to Deactivate
- Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Dial *91. On a rotary phone, dial 1191.
To Forward Your Calls on a No Answer
- Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Press *92. On a rotary phone, dial 1192. Again, listen for the dial tone.
- Enter the number of rings allowed (2-9) before call is to be forwarded.
- Dial the number where you wish your calls to be forwarded.
Note: If you wish to change the number your calls are being transferred to, or change the number of rings allowed, just deactivate Call Forwarding No Answer and then follow the steps above to reactivate this feature.
To Deactivate No Answer
- Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Dial *93. On a rotary phone, dial 1193. Listen for two beeps. Call Forwarding No Answer is now deactivated and calls will ring on your phone as normal.
